Element Temp
Ep.#06 - Element Training

In the previous episode, Temp and Sarah run into a monster in a building where their grandpa's house used to be. The building was finally being built, but a monster came and wrecked it. But Temp took care of the monster so it wouldn't cause anymore harm.

Outside, in Julius's backyard...

Julius: ...
Stat: Hm...
Sarah: What are you guys doing?
Julius: We're waiting for a monster...
Sarah: While we wait, we might as well do something...
Julius: Yeah; what do you want to do, sister?
Sarah: Hm...
Stat: Wait, I just thought of something.
Julius: What is it?
Stat: Since there doesn't seem to be a monster around today, maybe now's a good time to teach you about the other elements.
Sarah: Oh cool, can I watch?
Stat: I don't see why not...
Julius: You're not sad we're not doing something else?
Sarah: That's okay; I've always wanted to know about the other elements!
Julius: Really? Well, like brother like sister!
Stat: (I beg to differ...) Thinks about Statette.
?: Hey, what're you guys up to?
Julius: Huh?
Rei/Statette: Go through Julius's and Sarah's front gate.
Sarah: Oh, it's Rei.
Statette: Stat! Hugs Stat.
Stat: Do you always have to hug me when we meet up with each other?
Statette: Uh huh!
Stat: ...
Rei: Anyway what's with yesterday, huh? Statette sensed a monster so we went to help you guys, but you already took care of it! Aren't we supposed to be a team?
Statette: We saw you leave so I said hi, but you just ignored us...
Sarah: Oh sorry, we didn't know you guys were there...
Stat: Don't expect us to wait for you guys; you should have been there sooner.
Julius: Well since you're here now do you want to learn about the elements with us?
Stat: Great idea, Julius.
Rei: Why can't Statette just teach me about them?
Statette: Actually, I don't know much about them either...
Rei: ...
Sarah: So do you want to come with us?
Rei: No thanks, I'll just learn about them on my own...
Statette: C'mon, Rei, I want to learn about them too! Please?
Rei: ...fine...
Statette: Yay, let's go!
Julius: Where are we going anyway, Stat?
Stat: Hm... that forest over there looks like a good place.
Statette: Okay; now let's go!

They go into the forest.

Stat: Okay you guys, how many things do you think we can use here?
Rei: Grass, and... that's it.
Julius: We can use that feather over there too.
Rei: For what?
Julius: For Fly Power.
Rei: Oh, I didn't know about Fly Power...
Stat: How many elements do you know about anyway?
Rei: 3... Oh, and the Ice Power Temp used against that tree monster.
Stat: That's it? You need to learn more about the elements than I thought...
Statette: What do you mean that's it? Isn't that a lot?
Stat: There are 25 elements, not counting Normal Power.
Julius/Sarah/Rei/Statette: TWENTY-FIVE?!?
Julius: Oh no, I only know about 6 so far...
Rei: (He already knows about 6 of them?!?)
Stat: That's what we're here for. And don't worry, most elements aren't too hard to find.
Julius: By the way Rei, what're the elements you know about?
Rei: Water, Leaf, and Fire.
Julius: Fire? There's a Fire Power, Stat?
Stat: Yes, that's right.
Rei: (Hah, he doesn't know about Fire Power yet!) So, what are the elements you know about?
Julius: Water, Leaf, Thunder, Fly, Ice, and Metal.
Stat: Anyway... like I said before, elements aren't too hard to find. For example, there are about 5 in this forest. In fact, you're all standing on one of them right now...
Rei: What are you talking about? It's just dirt...
Stat: Exactly, dirt gives you Earth Power.
Julius: Earth Power?
Stat: Yes, and one of those rocks can give you Stone Power. Oh, and look up on that branch. Points at something hanging off of the branch.
Rei: An empty cocoon?
Stat: That can give you Bug Power.
Sarah: Bug Power? I don't like the sound of that...
Rei: Well anyway, let's try these elements out. You can have the cocoon if you want; there's no way I'm touching that thing...

Julius got the cocoon and Rei got some dirt and rocks. After Julius got the cocoon, Rei gave some of the dirt and rocks to Julius. Then they put them in their staffs and transformed.

Stat: Which element do you want to try first?
Temp: How about Earth Power?
Rei: Me too, Statette.

Temp and Rei activated their Earth Power.

Temp/Rei: Earth Power!

The ground began to shake, then the earth broke open.

Temp: Wow!
Stat: You can also wave the staff in the direction you want the ground to break open, and can also shoot up a pillar of sand in the air by waving it up.
Rei: What happens when we wave it down?
Stat: You'll create a hole below you, which is not a good thing, so don't ever do that...
Temp: Okay, Stone Power next!

Temp and Rei activated their Stone Power.

Temp: Stone Power!

Temp and Rei shot a giant rock out of their staffs.

Stat: You can also make a rock barrier by waving the staff like when you use Metal Power.
Rei: It's all you now, Temp.
Temp: Bug Power!

Temp activated Bug Power.

Temp: Bug Power!

Temp shot out a web ball out of the staff.

Stat: You can also create webs by waving the staff.
Sarah: T-that's so gross...
Stat: Well, that's concludes today's lessons. Don't forget that there could be more helpful things around than you think, so look carefully. That goes for you too, Statette!
Statette: Okay!
Rei: All right.
Temp: Thanks, Stat.

After that, they went home. Julius learned a lot about different elements today, but he knows he still has a lot to learn!
