Episode #02 - Introducing Indigo

The next morning...

Sharp: Waking up. (Wow, what a bizarre dream... Why would I have a dream about a witch anyway?)
Indigo: Hey, good morning! Hello? Sharp? Hello?
Sharp: Gets up. What is it? Why did you wake me u-... Sees Indigo flying above him on her broomstick. Wait, that actually happened?!?
Indigo: The sun's up, so let's go play!
Sharp: *groan* Indigo, get down...
Indigo: Turns her broomstick back into her wand. Fine, fine...
Sharp: Let's go eat breakfast.
Indigo: Okay!
Sharp/Indigo: Go to the kitchen.
Sharp: So, what do you want to eat?
Indigo: Hm... I don't know. What do you plan on eating?
Sharp: Does toast sound good?
Indigo: No way, toast is boring!
Sharp (annoyed): Then what do you want then?
Indigo: I want cereal!
Sharp: Sorry, we don't have cereal...
Indigo: It's okay, I'll just make some!
Sharp: Huh?
Indigo: Uses her magic to make a bowl of cereal, but gets toast instead. What? I didn't want toast... *groan*
Sharp: You shouldn't rely on your magic so much... Seriously... Hears someone walking downstairs.
Indigo: What's that sound?
Sharp: My parents are getting up... *gasp* (I completely forgot! What are my parents going to say about Indigo?!?)
Indigo: Oh, are you going to introduce me? I want to show them my magic!
Sharp: No, you can't!
Indigo: Eating the toast. Mow cob? *munch*
Sharp: Because using magic around here isn't normal... And don't eat with your mouth full!
Indigo: Finishes the toast. Not normal? What do you mean?
Sharp: *sigh* ...just don't tell them, okay?
Indigo: Okay, whatever you say...
Mom: Comes downstairs to the kitchen. Good morning, Sharp!
Sharp: Oh, hi mom...
Indigo: Hello!
Mom: Oh, who's this?
Sharp: She has to stay here. It's what that man wanted me to do for him.
Mom: I see...
Indigo: I hope it's okay, Sharp's mom.
Mom: Don't worry about it, it's fine.
Sharp: (Thank goodness; won't have to worry about that anymore. Although I was kinda hoping she'd kick her out...)

Two other people come downstairs.

Dad: Oh, it seems we have a guest today.
?: Who's she?
Indigo: I'm Indigo. I'm a wi-... um...
Dad: What?
Indigo: N-nothing, never mind...
Dad: Well anyway, I'm Sharp's father. Nice to meet you.
?: I'm Doug, Sharp's brother. You'd better not eat any of my food or touch any of my stuff, got it?
Mom: Doug, don't be rude to our guest!
Doug: Sorry...
Indigo: So, is this your whole family?
Sharp: Actually, there is someone else...
Mom: You two can go see her, but you have to be quiet. She's still asleep.
Sharp: Okay, let's go Indigo.
Sharp/Indigo: Go upstairs to Sharp's little sister's room.
Katie: Sleeping in her crib. Zzz...
Indigo: Aw, she's so cute! What's her name?
Sharp: Katie, but Doug and I like to call her Kat, because of the stuffed animal she always has with her.
Indigo: Who picked it out for her?
Sharp: Heh, she did!
Katie: Waking up. Goo...
Sharp: She's waking up. I'd better go tell mom.
Sharp/Indigo: Go downstairs.
Sharp: Mom, Kat's awake.
Mom: Okay, I'll go upstairs and check on her. Goes upstairs.
Dad: Okay guys, I'm leaving! Bye!
Sharp: Bye, dad!
Indigo: Where is he going?
Sharp: To work.
Indigo: Work? What's that?
Sharp: To his job...
Indigo: Oh... (I still don't understand...) Hey Sharp, can I see the rest of your house?
Sharp: Sure, okay.
Indigo: Yay! Runs off. Cool!
Sharp: *sweatdrop* (Things definitely aren't going to be the same around here...) Wait, Indigo!
