Episode #05 - Sharp's Separation

After Indigo decides to show her magic to Kat, she accidentally shrinks her! Sharp gets angry at Indigo for what she did, but she returns Kat to normal. But even after that, Sharp is still mad at her and doesn't talk to her for the rest of the day. Today is the day Indigo performs at the magic show, but how will Sharp react when she asks him to come watch her?

Indigo: Hey Sharp...
Sharp: ...
Mom: Your father and I are going to the magic show to watch Indigo perform. Don't you want to come?
Sharp: No thanks. I've already seen Indigo's trick already, and the other stuff is all the same. Besides, someone has to stay and watch Kat.
Dad: But Doug is here.
Sharp: No he's not.
Mom: Huh? Where did he go?
Sharp: No idea.
Dad: Oh, that Doug... All right, we'll be back in about an hour, Sharp.
Sharp: All right...
Indigo: (Sharp...)

Indigo, Sharp's mom, and Sharp's dad left.

Sharp: Goes to Katie's room.
Katie: Sha!
Sharp: Good morning, Kat! Is there anywhere you want to go today?
Katie: Pak! Pak!
Sharp: You want to go to the park? All right, let me get the stroller... Goes downstairs and gets the stroller.
Doug: Comes in through the front door.
Sharp: Oh, you're home. Where did you go?
Doug: I left to get something I forgot at a friend's house.
Sharp: Oh...
Doug: What are you doing with the stroller?
Sharp: Kat and I are going to the park. Want to come?
Doug: Sure, I guess...
Sharp: Sharp got Katie and put her in the stroller.

Sharp, Katie, and Doug went to the park.

Sharp: We're here.
Katie: Pak! Pak! *giggle*
Sharp: Takes Katie out of the stroller and puts a mat on the grass for them to sit on.
Doug: Sits under a tree while reading a book.
Sharp: There.
Katie: Sha...
Sharp: Huh?
Katie: Points to a building.
Sharp: What are you pointing at, Kat?
Doug: Hey, isn't that where the magic show is?
Sharp: Yeah... (I wonder how Indigo's show's going... Hmph, what do I care?)
Katie: Igo...
Sharp: Huh? What did you say, Kat?
Katie: Goo...
Doug: The show probably hasn't ended yet. You can still see part of it if you want; I'll watch Kat until then...
Sharp: No, that's okay...

Meanwhile, at the magic show... / Indigo got ready for the magic show; she even had her regular witch outfit on.

Alan: Are you ready, Indigo?
Indigo: (Sharp...)
Alan: What's wrong?
Indigo (crying): I c-can't do this... *sniff* Runs out the back entrance of the building.
Alan: Wait! Where are you going?
Sharp: Runs across the street to the magic show. Why did I come here for? I shouldn't care about what Indigo's doing...
Katie: Sees Sharp and decides to crawl to him - across the street! Sha!
Sharp: Huh, what was... KAT, NO!

A big truck was headed towards Katie.

Sharp (crying): KAT! *sniff*
Katie: Appeared in Sharp's arms. Sha?
Sharp: B-but how? ...Indigo!

Indigo was standing in front of him.

Sharp: Indigo, did you...
Indigo: Uh huh...
Sharp: Thanks.
Indigo: Sharp, will you watch me perform? I don't want to do it without you there...
Sharp: ...wait, were you crying?
Indigo: ...yeah...
Sharp: (She really wants me to watch that badly?)
Katie: Sha...
Sharp: Huh?
Katie: Igo.
Indigo: She said... my name...
Sharp: Yeah... (So that's what she said before...)
Indigo: Please come watch me?
Sharp: Okay, sure.
Indigo: *grin*
Katie: Agic!
Indigo: *giggle* I think Kat wants to watch too!
Sharp: Wait, let's get Doug to come.

Sharp, Katie, and Indigo go to the tree that Doug was lying under. There was a book on top of his face.

Sharp: Uh, Doug?
Doug: Zzz...
Indigo: Is he sleeping?
Katie: Sh!
Sharp: But we have to wake him up, Kat!
Katie: Goo?
Indigo: Hey, wake up!
Doug: ...huh?
Sharp: My gosh Doug, do you realize Kat almost got run over by a truck while you were napping?
Doug: What?!?
Indigo: *giggle* That woke him up!

Sharp, Indigo, Katie, and Doug went to the magic show. And just in time too - it was time for Indigo to perform! Sharp, Katie, and Doug sat in the audience with Sharp's mom and dad and Indigo went up on stage.

Indigo: Okay guys! Count down; 5...
Audience: 4, 3, 2, 1...
Indigo: BLAST OFF!
Sharp: (The same trick as yesterday?)

Like last time, Indigo blasted off into the air. But she stopped before she hit the roof. Then, she made a bunch of balloons and confetti appear.

Sharp: (Hey, that was the trick Indigo did for Kat...)
Katie: Yay! *giggle*
Mom: That was really good! She should do that at parties!
Dad: Aw, I thought she would do an ordinary trick... oh well.
Indigo: So, how was that?

The audience clapped and cheered for Indigo.

So Sharp ended up watching Indigo's show after all. Heck, even Doug did! Will Indigo ever get to show her magic to people again? And what will she want to do tomorrow? Find out in the next episode of Indigo the Witch!
