Episode #07 - Heart Mending

Indigo, Sharp, and his family all go on vacation. They have a lot of fun, but Sharp's parents start fighting. Will their fun end?

Indigo: Hey Sharp, are your parents fighting?
Sharp: Huh? Walks up to his parents. What's going on? What happened?
Doug: Dunno, they just started fighting out of nowhere...
Mom: Sharp, that's enough. Let's go.
Sharp: Huh?
Mom: Grabs Sharp's arm and heads back to the hotel.
Sharp: Wait!
Doug: Dad, what just happened?
Dad: ...
Katie: Goo?
Indigo: (I sense a spell on them. But who casted it?) Picks up Katie and gives her to Doug. Take care of her.
Doug: Huh?
Indigo: Runs after Sharp and his mom.
?: Heheh...

In the hotel...

Mom: Lets go of Sharp's arm and sits on the bed. *sigh*
Sharp: Mom...
Indigo: Comes in the room. Sharp!
Sharp: Huh? Indigo?
Indigo: I have something to tell you...
Sharp: Now's not a good time, I have to talk to my mom...
Indigo: That's just it...
Sharp: Huh?
Indigo: Grabs Sharp's arm and goes in the bathroom. Your parents are under a spell.
Sharp: A spell? You did this?!?
Indigo: N-no! It wasn't me!
Sharp: Then who did it then?
Indigo: That's what I'm trying to figure out...
Sharp: ...
Indigo: I swear I'd never do something like this! Please believe me!
Sharp: ...okay. Can you fix this?
Indigo: Maybe. But they have to be together, and they can't be fighting either.
Sharp: Can't you just use your magic?
Indigo: I don't know how to cast a spell like that. I'm still a low level witch...
Sharp: Then what can we do then? They don't seem very willing to be together right now...
Indigo: ...I have an idea, but we'll need Kat's help.
Indigo/Sharp: Go back to the beach and discuss the plan.
Sharp: That's your plan? But...
Indigo: I know, but it's the only thing I could think of...
Sharp: ...alright. Be right back. Goes back into the hotel.
Indigo: Good luck, Sharp.
Katie: Bye, Sha!
Indigo: Your turn, Kat! Go give your dad a big hug!
Katie: Heehee! Crawls to her dad and hugs him.
Dad: Well, hello Katie! *giggle*
Indigo: (Even under a spell he can't resist her cuteness!)

Meanwhile, in the hotel...

Sharp: Hey, mom!
Mom: What is it, Sharp?
Sharp: Kat finally said "daddy"!
Mom: She did?
Sharp/Mom: Go to the beach.
Mom: Katie, did you... what are you doing with her?
Dad: Huh? She's my child too, you know!
Indigo/Sharp: Hide behind a rock.
Mom: I don't even know why she'd even bother learning how to say "daddy"!
Dad: What are you talking about?
Mom: You don't even pay attention to what she says?!? Some parent you are!
Katie: Starts crying. Waaah!
Mom/Dad: *gasp* Oh no, Katie!
Sharp: Indigo, do it now!
Indigo: I can't use my "Ai"* spell while Katie's there.
Sharp: "There" spell?
Indigo: No, "Love" spell!
Sharp: Alright, I'll handle it. Goes up to them and takes Katie from his dad. You shouldn't be fighting near Kat! Hmph!
Katie (crying): *sniff* Sha...
Mom/Dad: ...
Indigo: Here goes! Uses the spell on them to return them to normal.
Doug: Huh? What was that?
Sharp: What was what, Doug? Puts Katie down.
Doug: That light... that went into mom and dad...
Sharp: You must be seeing things. You've probably been out in the sun too long.
Doug: Maybe you're right... Goes back to the hotel.
Sharp: *giggle*
Katie: Crawls to her mom. Mommy! Up!
Mom: Sure, sweetie! Picks her up.
Indigo: (The spell worked!)
Katie: Mommy... Hugs her.
Dad: Hey, what about me? I want a hug too!
Katie: Goo?
Sharp: *giggle* (He doesn't remember. That's good, I guess.) *sigh* (I'm glad everything's back to normal...)
?: (Darn it; stupid Indigo! You may have won this round, but I, Fuchsia, will prevail next time!) Disappears.
Sharp: Good job with the spell, Indigo. They're back to normal!
Indigo: Heheh, no problem! To tell you the truth, it was just a de-spell!
Sharp: ...
Indigo: But I wonder who cast that spell in the first place?
Sharp: Yeah, me too...

Thanks to the teamwork of Indigo, Sharp, and Katie; Sharp's parents are back to normal! But why did Fuchsia cast that spell in the first place? And what does she have against Indigo? Only time will tell...
