Indigo: I-I'm sorry, Fern, I never knew....
Junior: ...
Sharp: I remember that, the first day we met. It seems like such a long time ago. *sigh* The five sat around a fire.
Fern: Now I know how our house caught on fire... it was Seamus.
Flippin': I never flippin' suspected....flippin' Seamus...to...do that.
Junior: Well, we don't really have time for this. We have the sapphire, we need to get a red gem and a green gem, plus a wizard's wand.
Sharp: *sigh* Junior!
Junior: What?!
Sharp: Can't you see what Fern is going through?
Junior: Oh. Right. Sorry...*sweatdrop*
Fern: It's fine. I keep forgetting why we're here... it's to help Junior, not to avenge Seamus for what he did. Stands up. Well, I'm going to bed.
Flippin': Flippin' good idea, Fern. Flippin'. Why don't we all hit the sack?

They all went to bed. As Fern lay on the cold forest floor, she cried silently, for everything she had just told the four others. She kept thinking about Rose and Violet, and wished they were there with her.

Sharp: Fern? Are you crying?
Fern: *sniff* N-no...
Sharp: Hey, i-it's okay! You don't have to cry...*sigh*
Fern: *sob* I just miss my family.
Sharp: It's okay, Fern. If I were you, I would too.
Fern: I just realized something.
Sharp: Yeah?
Fern: Remember, when we first met, you said that exact same thing?
Sharp: *grin* Oh, yeah!

They both fell asleep. In the morning Flippin' prepared some breakfast for them and then announced they had to leave.

Junior: Okay, we should start with the wizard's wand, so we can conjure up the gems!
Indigo: But you can't just conjure up things! And even if you could, I wouldn't know how!
Junior: *sigh* So you're saying it's a bad idea?!
Indigo: ( Oh my gosh....uhh...) Yes, Junior, it's a bad idea.
Junior: Oh, thanks! Let's go find the wand!
Indigo (angry): ......
Flippin': We should flippin' start with the flippin' red and green gems, 'cause there's a flippin' mine just 'cros the flippin' way.
