Episode 1 - Friends

Serio: (Well, school is finished today again...) Goes in his dorm room.
?1: Hey, Serio. What's up?
Serio: ... Lies on his bed.
?1: I'm going to have a party in here tonight. You could even meet a girl who's interested in you! You don't have a girlfriend, right?
Serio: I don't care... (Nathan's so annoying...)
Nathan: Man, do you plan on being alone all your life?
Serio (angry): It's none of your business! Gets out a book to read.
Nathan: Fine, be that way...
A few hours later, the people Nathan invited arrive.
Nathan: Come in, everyone! A couple of people go in the room.
Serio: (Darn it, I should've left when I had the chance... I could of hid in the library or something...)
Nathan: Wow Ryan, you did bring some hot girls with you!
Ryan: Told ya!
?2: I'm Madison!
?3: I'm Nicole, and this is my friend, Suza. This is her first time at a party like this.
Suza: Um, hey...
Nathan: Alright, let's start the party! Cranks up the radio.
Serio: (Yeah, I definitely should've tried sleeping in the library... There's no way it's open now, though...)
Nathan: Hey Serio, aren't you going to join us? There's an extra girl here!
Serio: (Just ignore him...) Takes out another book.
Nathan: Suit yourself.
Suza: (Maybe this wasn't such a great idea...)
Nicole: See, isn't this party fun? And you didn't want to come.
Suza: Sees Ryan and Madison making out. Um, I thought those two only met a week ago...
Nicole: And?
Nathan: Sits next to Suza. So, you're Suza, right? I'm Nathan.
Suza: Um, hi...
Nicole: This is the guy I told you about. Isn't he cute? He's also the best quarterback on the football team.
Nathan: You're pretty cute. You want to go out sometime?
Suza: Uh... um...
Nicole: Omigosh, you're like, so lucky! I'm so jealous, Suza!
Nathan: Well?
Suza: I-I'm sorry, I'm a little tired... I'm going to go now... Walks to the door.
Nicole: C'mon, Suza!
Nathan: She's probably just nervous. Want to go out with me, instead?
Nicole (blushing): Okay!
Suza: The door won't open. (Man, it's locked! Looks like I can't leave until the party's over...) Sees Serio reading by himself. Hm... Sits on Serio's bed.
Serio: What are you doing?
Suza: Is it okay if I sit here until the party ends? I promise not to bother you...
Serio: ...sure, whatever...
Suza: Thanks...
Serio: (Had a fight with your boyfriend? Girls are so annoying...)
Suza: Hey, that book you're reading...
Serio: What about it?
Suza: It's Element Temp, right? I love that show!
Serio (surprised): ...w-what? (How does she know about...?)
Nathan: Those two seem pretty chummy.
Ryan: Figures. They're both geeks; they're perfect for each other...
Nicole (angry): Don't talk about my friend like that!
Madison: He has a point, though...
Nicole: Hm...
Nathan: It looks like you got a girl after all, huh Serio? A cute one, too!
Serio (angry): Shut up, Nathan!
Suza: (I want to leave...)
Serio: Stay away from me.
Suza: Huh?
Serio: You heard me. Go!
Suza: B-bu... Starts crying.
Serio: What the? Why are you crying?
Suza (crying): I-I don't know... I just really want to leave...
Serio: *sigh* Gets up. Just open the door and leave... Unlocks the door and opens it. There.
Suza: Oh, thanks... Uh, could you, um...
Serio: What?
Suza: It's dark, so could you walk with me to my room?
Serio: ...fine, whatever... Goes with Suza to her room.
Suza: Thanks. Opens the door to her room.
Serio: I want to ask you something...
Suza: What?
Serio: How do you know about the book I was reading?
Suza: Oh, you mean the Element Temp book? Come in, I'll show you.
Serio: Goes in her room. He sees a collection of books in one corner. These books are...
Suza: All CSMP books...
Serio: Wow, I don't even have most of these... Wait, why do you have these, anyway?
Suza: Why? Because I like them...
Serio: I didn't know anyone else here liked this stuff, especially a girl.
Suza: I get made fun of a lot for it... Do you think it's weird?
Serio: No...
Suza: Oh, you like this sort of thing too, right?
Serio: Well, duh...
Suza: Wow, I've never been able to talk to a guy like this before. Or anyone for that matter... Say, can we...
Serio: If you're asking me out, then no.
Suza: *giggle* No, that's not it. I was wondering if we can be friends.
Serio: Is that girl you were with your friend?
Suza: Yeah, we've been friends since childhood. But all she cares about is guys now, so we don't talk much... You're the only person I feel like I can have a normal conversation with now...
Serio: All this time, I thought all girls thought about were guys and stuff...
Suza: Hears her clock chime. A-ah! Midnight already?
Serio: Nathan and all his "homies" are probably going to all sleep in my room... This'll sure be a pleasant night...
Suza: You can stay here, if you want...
Serio: Huh?
Suza: I don't have a roommate, so I have an extra bed...
Serio: ...
Suza (blushing): ...a-ah! It's not like that, I swear!
Serio: Sure, whatever. It's not like I have anywhere better to sleep...
Suza: The bed's over there. Points to the other bed.
Serio: Uh, yeah... I noticed...
Suza: *sweatdrop* Oh... Um, then... Good night... Goes in her bed.
Serio: Turns off the light and goes in the other bed. Suza...
Suza: Yeah?
Serio: Sure, I'll be your friend.
