"Thank you. You're a really kind person." She smiled at me gently. "Tell me, what's your name?"

"Wait... what?" She doesn't know me? And she's treating me like a normal person, too...

Does this mean... I can finally have a female friend?

"It's Res. Res Lisaye." I answered. "W-what's yours?"

"I'm Lila. Lila Floret. Nice to meet you."

Floret...? I've felt like I've heard that name somewhere before...

I had some more things I wanted to talk to her about, but the bell for first period rang.
