Rantom is the main character of this series. From the things he says, it is unknown whether he's insane or just tries to be. He recently learned that he has the power to blow bubbles from the tragedy.
- Wave Bay - Vol. 1-6; Prt. 1, 4-10, 13-40, 42-52, END
Rantom's sister. Possibly the only sane character (excluding Weath). Rantom thinks she's a minor character, even though she's in almost every episode. Rantom refers to Wave as UBC (Unimportant Background Character). She has become very good friends with Weath, and eventually goes out with him. Later on, she finds out she has a power from the the tragedy like Rantom and Weath.
- Weath Cloud - Vol. 1-6; Prt. 2, 9-20, 22-38, 40-45, 47-48, 51, END
Dr. Scientist's apprentice. Dr. Scientist asked Weath to warn everyone about a great tragedy by constantly saying "it's really bad out." After the tragedy mysteriously ended, he stopped saying this and talks normally. However, Rantom is always telling Weath he's still supposed to say that. He gets along well with Wave and ends up going out with her at the end of the series. He has the power to predict the weather; which is a power he got from the tragedy.
- George Olmnfarm - Vol. 1-6; Prt. 1, 3, 6-10, 13-15, 22-26, 28, 31-33, 35, 37, 43, 45, 48, 52, END
Is annoyed by Rantom. Always calls him (and other people that annoy him) a whippersnapper. Is also very territorial. Dies at the end of the series.
- Dr. Scientist - Vol. 1-6; Prt. 2, 3, 5-7, 10, 17, 21, 25, 28-29, 31-36, 38, 40-43, 45, 48, END
A scientist with unknown interests. He likes to read lines from random books and newspapers. It is unknown if he's actually a real scientist or doctor. Dr. Scientist's grandfather is The Scientist, a very famous scientist and author. Apparently owns a weather machine.
- Gill Lib - Vol. 2-4, 6; Prt. 12, 23, 33, 43, 48, END
Always giggling or laughing, usually for no reason. Isn't in that many episodes. Gill is the "other assistant" of Dr. Scientist that no one knows about until later on.
- Younginfarm Olmnfarm - Vol. END
Looks after Olmnfarm's farm after he dies. Not much is known about Younginfarm.
