Episode #01 - The Start Of A Journey

After Darkés sacrificed himself to take down Dr. X, a spirit tells Star of a new evil. The Spirit said the only hope of the evil's defeat is for a child related to Sérgio to take it down. 5 years later, he's living with Sérgio in a shack on Soda Seaside to train. He decides to ask Sérgio for advice about The Spirit's message, so he tells him what The Spirit told him...

Sérgio: Hm...
Star: Do you have any idea who that person could be?
Sérgio: I don't know... it could be someone not even born yet... or it could even be you...
Star: M-me?
Sérgio: You never know... well, it's getting late. We'll discuss this more in the morning.

Star goes to bed and falls asleep. Later on he has a weird dream...

Star: Huh, what? Where am I?
The Spirit: We meet again, Star...
Star: Huh? Hey, it's The Spirit again. Um, can you tell me who the person who has the defeat the new evil is?
The Spirit: You must set out to find the answer...
Star: W-what? Set out? No, come back...

Star wakes up.

Star: Huh? Oh, it's morning... Wait, what did he mean by "set out?" I'll go ask grandpa...

Star finds Sérgio and goes up to him to ask.

Star: Hey, grandpa.
Sérgio: You're up early.
Star: I saw The Spirit again, in a dream I had...
Sérgio: Oh, really?
Star: Yeah, I asked him if he could tell me who the person that has to defeat the new evil is...
Sérgio: What did he say?
Star: He said I have to "set out" to find the answer.
Sérgio: He means you should to start a solo journey to find clues.
Star: A solo journey? You mean I have to travel by myself? You're going to allow me to do that?
Sérgio: Of course you can. In fact, when I was your age, I started a solo journey too. That's how I met your grandmother.
Star: Really? You mean if someone wants to join me on my journey, I can let them?
Sérgio: No, but something bad happened that forced me to bring her along... but that story is for another day. So, are you going to start a solo journey?
Star: Yes, of course! I've been dying to travel on my own. When should I go?
Sérgio: Well, you could go right now if you really want to...
Star: Really? Okay, but I don't know where to go...
Sérgio: I just thought of an idea. I'll be right back.
Star: Huh?

Sérgio goes to his room to get something, then comes back.

Sérgio: Here, take this.
Star: A map?
Sérgio: Yeah, it shows the location of every place in the CSmon Region.
Star: Really? Thanks, that helps a lot... um, where should I start first?
Sérgio: I think Serge City is a good choice; it's not far from here.
Star: Okay. Well, I guess this is goodbye for a while...
Sérgio: Star, this doesn't have to be a one-way journey. If you change your mind about starting a solo journey, you can always come back. Don't ever forget that.
Star: I won't.

So Star sets off to begin his first solo journey!
