Episode #01 - Sunny & Safír

Years after Power School, Sérgio and Sérgia get married. Not only that, they have two kids: Sunny and Safír. They are twin 7 year old brothers. They are going to train for a fighting tournament coming up soon.

Sunny: So, when are we going to start training?
Sérgio: Tomorrow. Sunny, you'll be training here. Safír, you'll train with mom. It'll switch every day.
Sunny: Aw, why are we training separately?
Sérgio: Because you both need different training.
Safír: By the way, when are we getting those presents you promised us?
Sérgio: Mom should be home with them any minute...
Sérgia: Comes back. Hey, I'm back!
Sérgio: Oh, good timing. Got the presents?
Sérgia: Yeah. Takes out a bow and dual scythes.
Sunny: What are those?
Sérgio: For you. Here. Gives Sunny the bow and Safír the dual scythes.
Safír: Oh, cool! Puts them on.
Sunny: What are these for? What about our powers?
Sérgio: They have to do with that. Safír, you get scythes because you have strong arms. And Sunny, you get a bow because you have good eyesight. You'll learn how to use them during your training.
Sunny: Oh, okay.
Safír: Awesome! I can't wait to learn how to use these!
Sérgio: Well, that'll be for tomorrow. You two should go to bed now; it's late and you both have to get up early tomorrow.
Sunny/Safír: Okay! Good night! Go to bed.
Sérgia: *sigh* I can't believe Sunny and Safír are going to go train tomorrow. It seems like just yesterday when I was changing their diapers... Time sure flies, huh Sérgio?
Sérgio: Yeah. It also doesn't seem like that long ago the day you stopped calling me Sérgi...
Sérgia: We have to make sacrifices sometimes...
Sérgio: Yeah, but it's worth it.
Sérgia: Sure is.
Sérgio: *sigh* I know you guys are there. Come out.
Sunny/Safír: Come out of hiding.
Sunny: Aw, how'd you know?
Safír: Hey dad, what does "Sérgi" mean?
Sérgia (blushing): Um, t-that's not something we feel comfortable talking to you about...
Sérgio: Go to bed.
Safír: But I want to know the secret...
Sérgio: Now.
Safír: Fine... Goes back with Sunny.
Sérgio: You too, Sunny...
Sunny: Comes out of hiding again. Poop... Goes to his room.
Sérgio: Jeez, those two...

The next morning...

Sérgio: It's time for training, Sunny!
Sunny: Okay!
Sérgia: Let's go, Safír.
Safír: Where are we going, mom?
Sérgia: To Soda Seaside.
Safír: Soda Seaside?
Sérgia: Yeah. Let's go. Drives Safír to Soda Seaside.
Sunny: So dad, how am I going to train?
Sérgio: You'll see. Follow me. Brings Sunny to an empty room in the house. I've always wanted to use this room for something...
Sunny: Dad, there's nothing here...
Sérgio: Oh, really? Presses a button on the wall. It causes a bunch of targets to appear.
Sunny: W-wow!
Sérgio: Try to hit them all with arrows, Sunny.
Sunny: Takes out his bow. But I've never done this before...
Sérgio: I know. This is exactly why you have to do this.
Sunny: Alright, I'll try... Shoots an arrow from the bow and hits the wall. Oh no, I missed...
Sérgio: Try again.
Sunny: Okay. Shoots a target. I did it!
Sérgio: Only 4 more targets left.
Sunny: *groan*
Sérgia: At Soda Seaside. Here we are.
Safír: Mom, why are we here?
Sérgia: Because it's near the water.
Safír: Huh? But I'm good at swimming...
Sérgia: I know. But the training exercise you're going to do isn't only about swimming. Get out your scythes.
Safír: Okay. Puts on his scythes. Now what?
Sérgia: Sprit! Come out!
Sprit: Appears. Hi, guys!
Safír: Sprit! It's been so long!
Sprit: I know, huh?
Safír: So, why is Sprit here?
Sérgia: Your test is to hit Sprit with a slash from one of your scythes.
Safír: But won't that hurt him?
Sérgia: *giggle* No, don't worry. Sprits can't be cut, so he'll be fine.
Safír: Oh, okay.
Sprit: You ready, Safír? Flies over the water.
Safír: Yeah; here I come! Pulls out his wings.
Sérgia: Nuh uh, put those away! You can't fly, that's cheating!
Safír: Aw man, I guess I'll have to rely on swimming... Gets in the water.
Sprit: Try and hit me, Safír!
Safír: Ha! Jumps up in the air.
Sunny: At home. Finished hitting the targets. I did it! I'm done!
Sérgio: Nope, not yet. Presses the button on the wall again, causing 5 more targets to appear. This time, the targets are moving.
Sunny: W-wha?
Sérgio: Now you have to hit moving ones. The last time was just to get used to using the bow.
Sunny: *sigh* Shoots, but misses. Aw man, this is hard...
Safír: At Soda Seaside. Manages to hit Sprit with a scythe, then gets out of the water. *huff* I did it...
Sérgia: Sorry to say, but it's going to get tougher from here...
Safír: What? What do you mean?
Sprit: Before I wasn't moving. This time I will.
Safír: But I can't hit you if you're too high!
Sprit: Don't worry, I won't fly too high. Ready?
Safír: ...
Sunny: At home. ...
Sunny/Safír: I can do this!

A few hours later...

Sérgia/Safír: Go home.
Sérgio: How did Safír's training go?
Sérgia: He did better than I thought he would. What about Sunny?
Sérgio: Likewise. I think we need to think of harder training methods.
Sérgia: Yeah.
Sunny/Safír: What? No way!
Sérgio/Sérgia: *giggle*
